Responsibilities
Analyzes and researches system, account, and loan issues
Resolving discrepancies and communicating outcomes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Help ensure software and systems meet regulatory and procedural requirements
Identifying errors, recommending corrective actions, and supporting process improvements across the organization
Collaborates with cross functional teams to resolve General Ledger or system-related issues
Participate in task groups for new products or automated systems
Test and implement system or process changes
Works closely with business units to address system and equipment problems
Recommend operational enhancements
User acceptance test planning and execution
Ongoing research, process evaluation, and performing other duties as needed to support efficient and accurate business operations
Qualification
Required
US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S
Analyzes and researches system, account, and loan issues
Resolves discrepancies and communicates outcomes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Ensures software and systems meet regulatory and procedural requirements
Identifies errors and recommends corrective actions
Supports process improvements across the organization
