Responsibilities

Resource Planning & Allocation: Assign internal employees and coordinate vendor resources to projects based on skills, availability, and project needs
Capacity Management: Monitor resource utilization, forecast gaps, and recommend solutions to prevent project delays
Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with approved vendors to fill skill gaps and meet project deadlines
Reporting & Analytics: Maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau, Smartsheet) to provide real-time visibility into staffing and utilization
Communication & Documentation: Clearly communicate resourcing risks, maintain staffing plans, and document decisions for stakeholders
Process Improvement: Automate repetitive tracking tasks and improve resource management processes for efficiency

Required

6–10+ years of experience in resource management, project staffing, or consulting
Strong experience with Human Capital Management, vendor coordination, and workforce planning
Proficient in business analytics tools (Tableau, Smartsheet, Excel) and able to analyze large datasets
Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving resource issues

Preferred

Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) preferred
