Responsibilities
Process and maintain all SAP paperwork for outbound shipments
Communicate daily with freight forwarders and carriers to book pickups, confirm details, and resolve issues
Update the logistics shipping schedule in real time for internal visibility
Support warehouse, planning, customer service, and leadership teams with shipping-related communication
Maintain accurate records, files, and shipment documentation
Assist with logistics reporting, KPIs, and audit/compliance tasks
Qualification
Required
Experience in logistics, supply chain, administrative support, or similar role
Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience working with freight forwarders or transportation providers
Familiarity with export or shipping compliance documentation
