Responsibilities

Build, optimize, and manage lead capture funnels

Create and manage email and SMS follow-up automation

Integrate funnels with CRM systems and lead routing workflows

Monitor and improve key funnel KPIs (CPL, conversion, show rate, close rate)

Troubleshoot automation and integration issues

Onboard and train advisors on CRM structure, automation logic, and follow-up systems

Help advisors customize workflows and maximize speed-to-lead and conversion
