Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and delivery for AWS infrastructure projects
Coordinate with architects, cloud engineers, security, networking, and application teams to define scope and technical requirements
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; escalate as needed
Facilitate agile ceremonies and run hybrid delivery cadences with distributed teams
Track project budget, milestones, deliverables, and reporting to senior stakeholders
Ensure cloud operations readiness, cutover planning, and post-deployment stabilization
Maintain clear technical documentation and runbooks for infrastructure and deployment processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of technical project / program management experience, with minimum 3-5+ years managing AWS infrastructure projects
Strong experience in banking or financial services (core banking, payments, card platforms, or related)
Hands-on familiarity with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
Proven ability to work with security, networking, and compliance teams in regulated environments
Experience managing vendor/consulting relationships and third-party integrations
Solid understanding of Agile delivery and CI/CD practices; experience with pipeline tooling is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical status to executive stakeholders
Preferred
AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or equivalent)
Prior experience delivering cloud migrations or large-scale platform rearchitectures
Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools and cloud cost management
