Responsibilities
Design dynamic, responsive user interfaces for employee-facing workflows
Build and enhance web components within a modernized .NET ecosystem
Develop and integrate APIs that support referral intake, tracking, and reporting
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate referral program rules into system functionality
Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices
Support data interactions and reporting needs tied to referral outcomes
Troubleshoot defects, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues
Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery commitments
Document system enhancements, technical designs, and support processes
Qualification
Required
4+ years of professional development experience within the Microsoft technology stack
Proficiency building applications using ASP.NET and C#
Experience developing interactive front-end solutions using Angular
Background creating and consuming web services in REST and/or SOAP architectures
Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server (2016+ environments)
Familiarity with API testing and validation tools such as Postman
Experience managing code in distributed version control systems (Git or equivalent)
Exposure to Agile delivery environments and work tracking platforms
Preferred
Exposure to Blazor or interest in working within a Blazor framework environment
Understanding of financial services or banking application ecosystems
Experience supporting reporting or analytics integrations
Familiarity with enterprise data platforms or visualization tools
Prior involvement modernizing or replacing vendor-owned applications
