Responsibilities
Support Trade and Patient Services initiatives focused on improving patient onboarding, access, and ongoing therapy management
Assist with the analysis of specialty pharmacy performance metrics (e.g., referral volume, conversion, time-to-fill, adherence)
Help analyze patient access trends and identify opportunities to improve patient experience
Support coordination between Patient Services and Trade teams to ensure alignment on access strategies
Qualification
Required
Minimum age for all candidates must be at least 18 years or older
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a degree in Pharmacy
Must be proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including flexibility, collaboration, and inclusion skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prior work experience required
