Responsibilities
Facilitating the completion of title work, obtaining lien releases, submitting the completed documentation, and recording lien placement
Ensure that engagement between coworkers and members is meaningful, with a focus on listening to learn and offering high-quality solutions
Providing administrative support to Branch Operations and Lending teams and assisting with training support for the Lien Placement Process
Ensure that all title tracking, lien placement, and regulatory processes are done accurately
Maintain confidentiality by avoiding unauthorized disclosure of member information
Scorecard performance, organization, prioritization, and execution of tasks to proactively solve problems and meet deadlines
Follows all company processes, policies, and procedures, including customer identification and all BSA requirements
Serves as a representative of the credit union while in the community
Qualification
Required
A minimum education of a high school diploma or GED
1–2 years of previous Credit Union/banking experience in the lending field, specifically knowledge of titles
Preferred
Experience with loan documentation, collateral requirements, and lien processing
Ability to provide courteous, knowledgeable, and professional customer service both in person and on the telephone
Strong skills operating a personal computer, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and navigating the internet
Ability to perform accurate data input into a variety of software
Ability to take initiative, work independently, exercise good judgment, and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
