Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for fleet-wide Oracle Symphony Cloud implementations
Translate business and operational needs into clear POS architecture and configuration guidance
Act as the primary technical point of contact for Oracle, reviewing designs and driving delivery quality
Design POS solutions with strong focus on resiliency, offline capability, and performance
Support integrations with finance, inventory, reporting, and loyalty systems
Oversee testing, deployment readiness, and cutover activities to ensure smooth onboard rollout
Mentor internal teams and maintain technical standards, documentation, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on leadership with Oracle Symphony Cloud and Oracle MICROS POS
Experience in technical lead, solution architect, or senior systems analyst roles
Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management skills
Background delivering enterprise POS solutions in multi-location environments
Preferred
Cruise, hospitality, or maritime technology experience
Fleet or large-scale rollout experience
Knowledge of shipboard or low-connectivity environments
