Associate or Experienced Systems Engineer - PAC-3 Processes
The Boeing Company is seeking a proactive and organized Associate or Experienced Systems Engineer to coordinate and develop processes across its production, capacity expansion, and development programs. The successful candidate will develop processes to support capacity increase initiatives over the next couple of years.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to define and implement engineering processes and best practices
Author processes and coordinate their approval and implementation across IPTs and Programs
Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders, including program management and engineering leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications
1 or more years of experience in Systems Engineering on production or development programs
Understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Model-Based Systems Engineering)
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required
