Internship- Total Rewards
Delta Dental of Michigan is one of the largest dental plan administrators in the country, working to improve oral health through benefit plans and community support. They are seeking a Total Rewards Intern to support various functions within the Total Rewards team, primarily focusing on leave administration.

Responsibilities
Support the administration of leave programs (including Medical Leaves of Absence, Family and Medical Leave Act, Military Family Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act, Workers’ Compensation, Work Accommodations, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability)
Respond to employee inquiries regarding leave policies and procedures
Create and maintain accurate leave records in HRIS and timekeeping systems
Assist with additional Total Rewards duties
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Experience with an HRIS system
