NEOGOV is seeking a Departmental Analyst for the Michigan Department of Civil Rights (MDCR). This role involves researching and analyzing training programs to develop a comprehensive training plan for the Education Division, ensuring professional development aligns with departmental needs.

Researches and analyzes training programs
Create a plan consistent with the needs of the Education Division
Identification of department-wide training and professional development
Identification of trainings for individual staff for professional development
Developing a training plan including a strategy to coordinate and implement the plan
Qualification
Required
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
At least one year of professional level experience in the state classified service
The educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement
An official transcript must bear the college/university certification (e.g., seal, logo, watermark, and /or letterhead), Registrar's signature, and date
