Responsibilities

Planning and executing production of network components and systems while maintaining efficient workflows in the production room
Constructing and performing preliminary configuration of core cabinets
Identifying and proposing efficiency improvements in the construction of network systems
Communicating with the Production Room Manager regarding schedules and production needs while maintaining a customer‑service mentality
Maintaining daily safety, organization, and cleanliness of the Production Room
Documenting structured build/test/ship processes and tracking success using KPIs defined with the Production Room Manager
Assisting the project operations team when assigned by your manager

Qualification

Required

Experience with commercial‑grade networking equipment
Experience with fiber and copper‑based network technologies
Experience with CATV components (such as RG6 cable, amplifiers, RF meters)
Understanding of electrical, analog, digital, electronic, switching, and routing concepts
Certifications such as Net+, A+, or CCENT
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365
