Responsibilities

Lead onshore and offshore teams to deliver data migration projects
Define project scope, user stories, acceptance criteria and estimates
Analyze complex data structures from legacy systems for mapping to Guidewire data model
Install and configure Guidewire migration tools to perform data loads
Manage end-to-end data loading process including validation and verification
Optimize migration processes for performance and efficiency
Identify and resolve data quality issues and migration errors

Required

Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 15 years in delivery/consulting role
Deep understanding of P C insurance, including policies, claims, billing, underwriting
Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
Experience with Guidewire Migration tools (PMT, CMT, BMT)
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and reconciliation
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
