Responsibilities
Lead engineering projects from planning through construction, including safety, quality, permitting, procurement, and project controls
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong partnership
Manage scope, schedule, budgets, KPIs, and project financial results
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to consistently meet QA/QC standards
Mentor junior engineers and provide ongoing performance feedback
Apply conventional and advanced treatment technologies to solve complex water quality challenges
Support design, construction, and execution of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Identify and pursue new project opportunities, lead proposals, and expand existing client relationships
Support review, negotiation, and execution of contracts and change orders
Stay visible in the regional water/wastewater market through active participation in professional organizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required
7+ years of engineering design experience
3+ years of project management
Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and lead successful projects
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex information
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management/scheduling/cost control tools
Comfortable collaborating with contractors, owners, engineers, and designers in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Master's degree
10+ years of engineering design experience
Professional Registration (PE)
Consulting experience strongly preferred
