Responsibilities
Assist with improving supply chain processes in collaboration with various teams, focusing on simplification and standardization
Support the exploration/implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance data collaboration and visualization within the Plan area
Map and document best practices through visual aids and flow charts, illustrating supply chain planning processes supporting new user training
Participate in other supply chain-related projects and initiatives as assigned, providing support wherever needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization/ AI tools is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about supply chain operations and processes
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future
