Responsibilities
Serve as a Senior ServiceNow Application Developer within the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team
Configure and integrate “out-of-the-box” ServiceNow solutions to meet unique business requirements
Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow GRC modules and workflows
Customize solution UI (Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, Portals)
Configure solution workflows (Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, Events)
Manage user access, roles, groups, and ACLs
Develop and deploy Update Sets and perform data imports into GRC tables
Build and maintain system integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Execute functional and component testing on GRC workflows and provide ongoing support
Participate in agile sprints, scrum ceremonies, and deployment planning
Ensure solutions adhere to software compliance standards
Create and maintain technical solution documentation
Proactively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in an enterprise environment
