Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound follow-up with warm and inbound leads
Educate prospects on nutrition products and prescribed home-use devices commonly recommended by doctors
Guide leads through login credential setup and onboarding steps
Build and manage ongoing relationships with prospects over time
Qualify and progress leads into our licensure-based sales process
Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline progression
Work closely with the sales and leadership teams to optimize conversions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in nutrition sales, medical device sales, or home-use clinical devices
Comfortable with phone-based selling and follow-up
Strong communicator who can explain products clearly and confidently
Organized, persistent, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
Understands long-cycle relationship selling—not just one-call closes
