Responsibilities
Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote
Onsite hours typically Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, based on rotational scheduling and business needs
Remote days include active help desk support: answering benefit questions, provider inquiries, and assisting with prior authorization issues
Process inbound mail related to the M3P program and ensure all items are handled within strict timeframes (urgent: 24 hours; standard: 72 hours)
Respond to member and provider inquiries regarding benefits, coverage determinations, and prior authorizations
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and properly document all interactions in internal systems
Support the help desk by answering member and provider questions during operational hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm)
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and ensure compliance with service standards
Qualification
Required
Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)
Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes
Exceptional Customer Service
Detail Oriented
Ability to multi-task
Willingness to accept change
Preferred
Call center experience
CMS knowledge
