Manage and optimize GoodTime scheduling workflows, partnering closely with our recruiters to ensure interviews are set up accurately, efficiently, and with a great candidate experience
Partner with the Recruiting Operations Manager (hi!) and broader People team to evaluate, roll out, and document new tools, features, and process changes
Create and maintain clear documentation, guides, and training so recruiters and hiring managers know exactly how to use our tools and follow our workflows
Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and ensure our tech stack is set up to support scalable, high-quality hiring
Champion an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience by proactively identifying friction in our processes and suggesting practical, tech-enabled solutions
