5+ years expVsolutions Technologies is seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong Charles River Development (CRD) platform knowledge to support testing of front-to-back investment management workflows. The ideal candidate will validate trading, compliance, and post-trade processes while collaborating closely with business users, developers, and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery across enterprise investment systems.

Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for CRD modules including Order Management, Compliance, Trading, and Post-Trade
Validate end-to-end investment workflows: order creation → compliance → execution → allocation → settlement
Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for CRD implementations and enhancements
Test CRD interfaces with upstream/downstream systems (market data, custodians, accounting platforms)
Validate FIX connectivity, trade lifecycle, and data reconciliations
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Traders, Compliance, and Operations teams
Identify, log, and track defects using Jira or similar tools
Support UAT cycles and production releases
Perform data validation using SQL and backend queries
Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
Maintain QA documentation and provide status reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of QA experience in financial services or asset management
3+ years of hands-on experience testing Charles River Development (CRD) platform
Strong understanding of investment management lifecycle (Order Management, Trading, Compliance, Allocations, Post-Trade)
Experience with FIX protocol, trade workflows, and compliance rules testing
Proficient in SQL for data validation
Experience using Jira and test management tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred
Automation testing exposure (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
Knowledge of Bloomberg, Reuters, or market data feeds
Experience with downstream accounting systems (Geneva, Advent, etc.)
CRD certification
Prior hedge fund or asset management experience
