Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation scripts and services
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools
Work closely with DevOps, SRE, and platform teams to improve reliability and scalability
Support CI/CD pipelines related to infrastructure and application deployments
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows
Contribute to improving infrastructure standards, security, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Python development
2–3 years of experience in infrastructure automation
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts
Experience with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and system fundamentals
Experience working in DevOps or platform engineering environments
Preferred
Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
Understanding of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Scripting beyond Python (Bash, Shell)
