The Lead of Engineering Strategy & Analytics will manage strategic planning, reporting, and advanced analytics to enhance performance across the global engineering organization, collaborating with various teams to set objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Manage and articulate the multi-year engineering strategy and annual objectives in alignment with corporate goals

Manage end-to-end executive reporting for QPR (Practice/Hub), MBR strategy, Strategy updates to executive leaders and external parties, and ad-hoc analyses

Monitor operating-model performance through defined KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Oversee regular reporting on engineering metrics to inform leadership decisions. Serve as product owner for integrated operational and strategy-execution dashboards, ensuring data integrity and transparency

Conduct ongoing benchmarking studies against peer institutions and technology leaders and identify performance improvement opportunities

Required

10 Plus; years in engineering, operations, or analytics roles, including a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery

Hands-on mastery of data pipelines, analytics, and visualization platforms

Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Preferred

Experience in strategic planning and executive reporting is a plus

MBA preferred
