Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end CRM implementation, including requirements gathering, workflow design, data migration, and onboarding
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the CRM aligns with business processes and governance priorities
Oversee system administration, including user roles, permissions, data integrity, and compliance
Monitor and maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage vendor or partner support
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions
Provide user training, support, and adoption initiatives while continuously improving CRM tools and workflows
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in CRM systems, data management, and workflow automation best practices
Experience administering CRM platforms or willingness to obtain certification
Familiarity with API integrations and complementary third‑party tools
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail
Clear, collaborative communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
3+ years of CRM administration experience, ideally within a B2B or manufacturing environment
Preferred
Experience with Monday.com CRM preferred!!
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience and certifications
CRM platform certifications preferred; Monday.com certifications (Admin, CRM Pro, Work Management Core) strongly preferred
