Responsibilities
Support Direct, Indirect and Capex Purchase order processing with focus on improving efficiency/effectiveness
Maintain effective administration of the MRP/ERP systems through timely entries and daily review of critical purchasing data
Facilitate the timely purchase of goods, within acceptable lead times from vendors through regular coordination with Corporate and Plant Operations personnel as needed
Expedites and ensures proper receipt of purchase orders as necessary in ERP System
Facilities timely processing of invoices through SAP Concur and work with AP as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing/Procurement, or Business
Good MS Office/computer skills
Ability to systematically organize and present data, manage to project deadlines and ability to work, communicate cross functionally
