Product Manager - Business Operations

Responsibilities

Own and evolve internal platforms including ERP, CRM, and connected tools
Define and execute a unified RevOps and enterprise systems strategy
Design scalable workflows across the full customer lifecycle, from lead to renewal
Translate business needs into system requirements and technical specifications
Improve data quality, reporting, forecasting, and decision-making
Lead AI enablement across business functions
Drive adoption through process design, documentation, and change management
Evaluate and implement new tools while preventing tool sprawl

Required

3–5+ years in Business Operations, BizOps, RevOps, or internal systems roles
Experience owning company-wide systems strategy in a scaling organization
Hands-on leadership of ERP/CRM implementations (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite)
Strong understanding of RevOps, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Ability to communicate complex systems clearly to executives and cross-functional teams
Must be able to be on site in NYC office

Preferred

Experience with modern AI tools and automation
Background supporting hardware, logistics, or field operations
Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or integration tools
