Qualification
Required
Strong background in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Staff Onboarding processes
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in a professional setting
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, including recruitment and mobilization strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and correspondence
Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms for recruiting and engaging with candidates
Experience in building and fostering relationships with diverse teams and communities
Passion for service-oriented work and a strong understanding of community-building principles
Preferred
Experience in property management, residential services, or nonprofit organizations is a plus
