Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the premises
Provide information about the company and direct individuals to the appropriate personnel or department
Manage incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Direct calls to the appropriate staff
Provide basic information about the company and its services
Monitor and maintain office supply levels to ensure a well-equipped and organized workspace
Data entry and assist the office coordinator
Qualification
Required
