Responsibilities
Proven experience as a Field Services Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems, with the ability to interpret technical schematics
Hands-on experience with FileVault encryption and decryption
Experience configuring mobile device management for Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Authenticator
Basic knowledge of Office 365 services, Active Directory, and user authentication methods
Working knowledge of office automation products and peripherals such as printers and scanners
Experience handling OS and application support tickets (INC, SR)
