Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

Respond rapidly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, partners, events, and web inquiries; expect random hours of the day for multiple time zones
Qualify prospects based on technical fit, use case, timeline, and buying intent
Schedule and coordinate meetings with Account Executives and technical teams
Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in CRM tools; use of Pipedrive in the past is a plus
Follow up consistently and professionally to keep opportunities moving forward
Partner closely with sales and marketing departments and team leads to improve lead quality and conversion

Qualification

Sales Development ExperienceCRM Tools ProficiencyCommunication SkillsTime Management SkillsMotivated by ResultsFollow-up SkillsComfortable with IT StakeholdersOrganizational Skills

Required

2-4+ years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or customer-facing role
Proven ability to follow up persistently and convert interest into meetings and revenue
Comfortable speaking with IT, cloud, or infrastructure stakeholders
Highly organized with strong communication and time management skills
Motivated by results, revenue impact, and career progression
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
