Responsibilities

Owning revenue generation and account strategy for strategic ISV customers, from initial engagement through long-term expansion
Selling CAST’s software intelligence platform to accelerate SDLC performance, modernization programs, and AI-driven efficiencies
Building trusted executive relationships with C-suite, C-1, and VP-level leaders including CTOs, CIOs, Chief Product Officers, and Heads of Engineering
Creating and executing strategic account plans that drive recurring software and services revenue
Partnering closely with Cloud Service Providers, Global Systems Integrators, and advisory firms to develop joint opportunities and influence large transformation initiatives
Acting as a senior representative of CAST within the ISV ecosystem—establishing credibility, opening new markets, and positioning CAST as a strategic platform partner
Driving deals from concept to close while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long-term value creation

Required

Proven success selling Software / SaaS / Technology solutions in senior enterprise roles with a consultative B2B approach
Deep understanding of application development, SDLC, cloud modernization, and application modernization
Experience working with Tier 1 consulting firms, Big 4, GSIs, CSPs, and specialized advisory/integration partners
Demonstrated ability to sell into strategic IT and application initiatives at the C-level
Well-established network within the North American ISV market
Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly driven, self-directed, and results-oriented—someone who makes things happen
Comfortable operating independently while influencing across product, partners, and leadership
