Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for designing and implementing ML/AI solutions
Drive AI adoption across organizational verticals and envision new offerings
Engage with clients to address their business challenges with ML/AI solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope projects and apply ML algorithms
Shape ML solutions and lead delivery transitions from sales to execution
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for effective project delivery
Stay updated on ML/AI advancements and recommend new methodologies

Required

5-7 years of experience in a senior leadership role within Data Analytics/ML/AI
Strong track record in designing and implementing ML/AI solutions

Experience influencing senior stakeholders for ML/AI project funding
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow
