Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer, while keeping candidate experience top of mind
Source and engage candidates across multiple channels with creative, eye-catching outreach
Manage hiring teams end-to-end, providing proactive communication and transparent feedback
Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks/challenges, and adjust strategy using data
Maintain up-to-date documentation in Ashby, Notion, etc. to keep hiring teams aligned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with emphasis on Engineering, Product, and GTM
Comfort discussing technical fundamentals, role expectations, and pitching Coder to candidates
Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams
Clear written and verbal communication; direct, respectful, and timely
Organized approach to pipelines, prioritization, and competing deadlines
Prior experience working in a startup environment and using Ashby ATS
Preferred
Substantial experience hiring for AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or open‑source teams
Prior experience scaling with a growing company
Proactive approach to improving systems and processes for the team
