ASSISTANT REGIONAL DIRECTOR - Intellectual Disabilities Services

Responsibilities
Supervise Residential Managers, Leads, DSPs, and students
Oversee IHP development, treatment plans, assessments, and case management
Ensure licensing compliance, billing accuracy, and contractual targets
Provide training, coaching, crisis prevention guidance, and clinical recommendations
Conduct medication audits and ensure proper documentation
Monitor personal care services, safety procedures, and incident reporting
Serve as liaison to families, community providers, and external agencies
Complete reports, summaries, treatment plans, and required documentation
Perform site visits, crisis support, and unannounced supervision
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years' experience serving adults with IDD and/or mental health needs
1–2 years of supervisory or management experience
Valid driver's license with 3-year MVR and clean background check
Strong skills in leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, documentation, and communication
Ability to adapt, multitask, and work independently
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, navigate stairs, and complete on-site duties
Compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, Fire/Safety, and agency procedures
Preferred
Master's degree in rehabilitation, mental health, or human services preferred
