Responsibilities
Contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle
Defining the problem, proposing and creating the solution
Playing an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution
Guiding teams on project processes, deliverables and contributing to proposal development, client training and internal capability building
Detailing the project scope
Shaping value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks
Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development and JIRA
Experience with AWS, AWS Bedrock APIs/libraries coding
Experience with Cloud and AI
Experience in developing data models and mapping rules to transform raw data into actionable insights and reports
Experience in collaborating with the analytics and business teams to understand their requirements, with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance policies and standards
Preferred
Ability to analyze and draw succinct conclusions to present findings
Should have rich experience on Middle office and back-office operations
Should have worked to gather detailed, specific, accurate, unambiguous business requirements and functional specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
Good exposure to Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work well under tight deadlines
Stakeholder management and reporting
Project and talent management
Experience with project management and relevant tools
