Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of frontend engineers, supporting their growth through coaching, feedback, and mentorship
Own delivery for frontend initiatives in the Funnel domain, ensuring high quality, stability, and business impact
Drive technical direction and architectural decisions for the frontend stack, balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability
Stay hands-on with code, design reviews, and complex problem solving when needed
Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend, and Data teams to translate business goals into technical execution
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Leverage AI and LLM-powered tools to improve developer productivity, experimentation, and frontend user experiences
Ensure best practices around testing, observability, performance, and reliability
Act as a role model for communication, accountability, and engineering excellence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack web development
1–2+ years of experience leading engineers (formal or informal leadership)
Strong expertise in modern frontend development, with hands-on experience building production-grade, responsive Angular applications within full-stack environments
Good understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and maintainability
Ability to make technical decisions and align stakeholders early
Experience working closely with Product and Design partners
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Curiosity and openness to modern tools and emerging technologies, including AI-driven frameworks and workflows
