Responsibilities
Monitor, Investigate, Audit, and Report: Continuously monitor IAM systems, investigate incidents, audit access, and report findings to maintain compliance and security posture
Design & Implement IAM Solutions: Develop and maintain authentication, authorization, and identity governance frameworks aligned with zero-trust principles
Identity Lifecycle Management: Manage provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews to ensure proper user access controls
Configuration & Optimization: Configure and optimize Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Governance solutions
Incident Response: Monitor and respond to IAM-related threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents promptly
Automation & Process Improvement: Develop automation processes to streamline IAM operations and improve cybersecurity efficiency
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, and other relevant frameworks
Cybersecurity Best Practices: Participate in planning, implementing, and upgrading security practices for existing and new systems and data
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of full-time technology support experience (more experience is a plus)
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of additional relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot escalated technical issues and recommend solutions
Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and supporting IAM and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) tools
Proven expertise in process automation, including scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Shell, or equivalent
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic cybersecurity environment
Ability to travel or fly to client sites if necessary
Preferred
CISSP, CISM, CASP+ certifications
Experience in Microsoft 365 IAM and vulnerability management
Knowledge of zero-trust security principles
Experience mentoring or training junior team members
