Responsibilities
Lead software engineering and analyst groups that design, code, test, and deploy software
Provide technical direction, mentoring, and support to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practice in coding, architecture, and development methodologies
Develops prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology
Advise in the application of modern architectures, principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch of new business capabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, define technical solutions, and contribute to long term product strategies
Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance application capabilities and overall system architecture
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or other quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience
Seven (7) years' experience in information technology or engineering environment
Expertise in programming languages
Strong understanding of software architecture principles, microservices, and cloud computing platforms
Strong leadership, customer and people development skills
Strong problem solving, project management and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
