Associate Director of Client Development
ConServe is dedicated to satisfying the needs of their clients while fostering long-term relationships. The Associate Director of Client Development is responsible for driving revenue growth from an existing client portfolio through upselling and strategic re-engagement of inactive clients, while partnering closely with internal teams to enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities
Maintain and develop existing Clients
Achieve a quota of incremental net new business placements from existing Clients
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue budget performance objectives
Enthusiastically participate in all customer service-sales training and professional development opportunities
Attend and participate in all customer service-sales team meetings
Actively participate in sales plan development
Attend and work at industry conferences and trade shows
Submit sales administrative requirements to management on a regular basis
Develop and maintain prospect files, follow-up systems and sales contract agreements in accordance with Company procedure
Create and maintain Client Scope of Work (SOW) documentation, conducting all New Client SOW creation as well as annual SOW maintenance and updates
Manage all Client contact changes, Client reporting requirements and conduct Client Web Portal navigation set up and training
Manage Client Report Card and NPS feedback
Know and follow Company policies and procedures
Adherence to ConServe’s Professional Practices Management System (PPMS), Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience
Residing close to large MSA cities (airport), Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver or Phoenix and support West Coast Clients
Possess the ability to travel between 25-50%
Ability to travel between ConServe's offices as needed
Must have a valid Driver's License
Excellent writing & verbal communications skills with the ability to interact and build rapport with all levels of an organization

Possesses territory management skills such as but not limited to leadership, negotiation, relationship management, strategic planning, and problem solving skills

Proficient in MS Word and Excel, and e-mail
Proficient in CRM software
Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
