5+ years expChapel-Romanoff Technologies, LLC, an EMCOR Company, is a leading low voltage integration services provider. They are seeking a Low Voltage Integration and Security Technician to install, terminate, and test cabling systems, as well as implement and support security systems.
Construction
Responsibilities
Install, terminate, test copper and fiber cabling systems
Implement, activate, and support CCTV, Access Control, Video Management, and intrusion systems
Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, test equipment
Read project drawings, specifications, submittals and develop project implementation plans
Utilize Excel, Word, Outlook, and associated business applications to communicate/document project
Maintain and require safety requirements and support safety efforts of the organization
Accomplishes work in accordance with expectations and ensure national and local codes and industry standards are maintained
Provide updates to as-built drawings as necessary, according to department policies
Attend/hold Tool Box safety meetings and demonstrate safety competency in addition to any other recommended topics such as harassment prevention, ethics, etc
Obtain OSHA 30 Safety and Health standards certification
Extended hours or weekend overtime may be available
Qualification
Required
5 Years of field experience performing Low Voltage and/or Security systems
High School diploma or GED required
Valid Driver's License
Obtain OSHA 30 Safety and Health standards certification
Preferred
BICSI certification desirable but not required
