Client Success Manager
Cannon Capital Management is a Salt Lake City–based Registered Investment Advisor serving high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and corporations. The Client Success Manager plays a central role in ensuring an outstanding client experience by managing investment account openings, fund transfers, and providing timely information while collaborating closely with advisors.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with clients
Deliver accurate and timely investment statements and documentation
Anticipate client needs and proactively provide relevant information
Complete account‑opening forms and custodial paperwork with exceptional accuracy
Initiate clear, professional communication with clients to ensure seamless experience
Collaborate closely with Advisors to exceed client expectations
Apply creative thinking and outside‑the‑box problem‑solving to streamline processes and resolve client challenges
Qualification
Required
Self-starter with a willingness to learn new skills and financial terminology
Outgoing, personable, and able to help clients feel welcome and supported
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to apply basic math skills
Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating unexpected issues
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Effective multitasking and time-management abilities
Strong customer service mindset
Collaborative team player
Client Relationship: 2 years (Required)
Must be able to commute to Salt Lake City, UT 84121
Work Location: In person
