Responsibilities
Provide cross-functional financial leadership, aligning stakeholders on key business drivers, revenue performance, and initiative impact
Lead system sales and EBITDA forecasting, including annual and long-range plans, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering strong business acumen and innovative forecasting approaches
Own and continuously improve forecasting models, tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
Translate complex financial and market trends into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations
Support ad hoc analyses and strategic business needs as they arise
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or related roles, including people leadership
Strong expertise in revenue forecasting, trend analysis, and financial modeling (e.g., new product P&Ls, long-range projections)
Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); working knowledge of SQL
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Industry background in food service, restaurants, consumer products, or retail preferred
MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
