Responsibilities

Identify and research new organizations, provider groups, facilities, and strategic partners not currently engaged with the company
Conduct proactive outbound outreach including phone calls, emails, introductions, and targeted campaigns
Open doors to new referral sources and partnership opportunities
Deliver high-level introductions of company services (without providing clinical or operational detail)
Secure initial interest, discovery calls, and introductory meetings
Qualify opportunities based on basic fit, market alignment, and growth potential
Accurately document all outreach activity, communications, and outcomes within the CRM system
Effectively handoff engaged and qualified opportunities to SDRs, PDRs, or Account Executives
Support market expansion initiatives, territory development, and special growth campaigns
Maintain a professional, persistent, and ethical approach to outreach without pressure, misrepresentation, or improper influence
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, and leadership teams

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales development, outreach, or relationship-based sales
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage customers through effective telemarketing techniques
High level of organization, time management, and follow-through
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Proficiency in CRM systems, B2B, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in healthcare, hospice, home health, palliative care, or B2B services preferred
