Responsibilities

Execute Executive Search: Lead the full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized roles (Biotech, R&D, AI, and Management)
Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively source and engage with high-potential candidates through LinkedIn and local industry networks
Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's pain points and design effective hiring strategies
Market Insights: Keep a pulse on the Boston talent market, providing feedback on salary trends and talent availability
Optimize Process: Improve our local hiring workflow to ensure a great candidate experience and high efficiency

Qualification

Recruiting experienceBiotech/Biomedicine knowledgeAI familiarityRobotics familiarityBoston talent ecosystemFluency in ChineseInterpersonal skills

Required

5+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
Deep understanding of the Boston/Cambridge talent ecosystem
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to 'sell' our vision to high-end candidates

Preferred

Experience in the Biotech/Biomedicine industry is highly preferred
Familiarity with AI or Robotics is a huge plus
Fluency in Chinese is a significant plus (to coordinate with our global headquarters)
