SQL proficiency (MariaDB)
Experience with REST APIs, integration design, and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of BPM concepts, workflow automation, and UI/UX patterns
Experience with Git, DevOps, Agile, testing frameworks

The Appian Certified Lead Developer (Exam Code: ACD301)
Level 3 Lead Certification
1 verified manager reference from a credible firm where the candidate worked
Must be able to work in a fast paced, stressful environment
