Responsibilities
Develop and validate SMT stencil base on customer documents
Establish operation standards for each workstation, Improve training documents, analyze SMT defects through big data stratification
Analysis of SMT process defect, identify root causes of issues, develop effective corrective actions, and timely report results to senior management and customers
Verify that the device parameters are defined to meet the customer requirements
Trained operators to standardize processes
Propose new design concept solution and provide technical support for the MP issue fix
Qualification
Required
Yield improvement for critical process, include SMT and UF process
Development and optimization of production management system
Creation and validation of standardized operating procedures
Process development and troubleshooting
Develop and validate SMT stencil base on customer documents
Establish operation standards for each workstation
Improve training documents
Analyze SMT defects through big data stratification
Analysis of SMT process defect, identify root causes of issues
Develop effective corrective actions, and timely report results to senior management and customers

4-years of high school or Associate degree or higher academic qualifications
Flexible application of Cam350 & CAD software
Familiar with SMT technology or UF technology, have SMT DFM capability
Familiar with environmental reliability testing method
Preferred
More than 3 years of process improvement experience
Experience in SMT technology development and new product introduction within the industry
Experience in stencil design and SMT manufacturing work
