Office Administrator
The Mayerson Company is a real estate development and property management firm with over 75 years of experience. They are seeking an Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, provide administrative support, and enhance tenant experiences in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and visitors with a friendly, professional presence
Manage mail, shipping, and general office operations
Order, stock, and maintain office and kitchen supplies
Ensure shared spaces are clean, organized, and inviting
Manage office, conference room, and shared-space calendars
Plan and coordinate office and tenant events
Provide basic troubleshooting for conference room technology
Coordinate vendors and service providers in partnership with management
Answer and direct incoming calls
Draft, edit, and format internal communications and reports
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Track office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant requests and inquiries
Manage work orders, key card access, and fitness center memberships
Oversee conference center reservations and scheduling
Coordinate security schedules and access needs
Proactively troubleshoot tenant issues to ensure a smooth experience
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or property-related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred
Experience with property management or work order software is a plus (Yardi, Splan, Lenel)
