The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment
Under the direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II in the One Time Acquisitions Unit (OTA), the Analyst II coordinates and controls all aspects of the acquisition of Information Technology (IT) and Non-IT goods and services, through procurement planning, specification review, bid development, negotiations, contract award, lease, and administration phases, utilizing Cal eProcure, Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal), SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite to ensure accordance with procurement laws, rules, regulations and policies
This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code
The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year
This position may require travel
Employment History on the STD 678 (State Application) must be complete and include dates, accurate hours per week, total time worked, duties and responsibilities, and contact names and phone numbers of supervisors
Applicants who fail to submit a completed STD 678 (State Application) may be disqualified
