Responsibilities

Manage a section or team that oversees one or more IT work programs for the Library of Congress
Manage one or more large, multi-year IT initiatives that require execution through multiple interconnected IT programs and/or projects, or an IT portfolio
Lead, coordinate, communicate, and integrate all aspects of the program(s), ensuring their overall success and alignment with the agency’s critical priorities
Oversee the achievement of outcomes that align with the agency's business strategy, encompassing strategic planning, life cycle management, and capital IT investment plans
Oversee and facilitate project selection, prioritization, evaluation, and monitoring
Manage costs, schedules, risks, quality, and resource allocation
