Responsibilities
Analyze partner account and page performance to identify opportunities for improvement and product adoption
Support goal tracking, performance reporting, and forecasting to surface trends, risks, and opportunities for the in‑market team
Provide data‑driven insights that inform partner strategy and operational decision‑making
Manage inbound requests from entertainment partners, ensuring timely routing, prioritization, and resolution
Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to support ongoing partner programs and initiatives
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships
Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks, balance competing priorities, and align on business objectives
Navigate technical and operational constraints to support smooth execution of partner initiatives
Communicate priorities, risks, and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability across partner workflows
Support documentation, reporting, and operational tracking to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and the fast‑paced nature of a startup‑like environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, partner management, or project management
Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem
Experience working directly with entertainment partners
Background in technology, social media, digital media, or entertainment industries
Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Experience with data analysis and performance reporting
Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, including external partners and internal leadership
Self-starter with strong prioritization and communication skills
Strong data analysis capabilities and process-oriented mindset
Preferred
Fluency in Spanish
Experience improving processes, working with systems, and identifying operational efficiencies
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
